As a high school student, Dr. John Bissell always knew he wanted to be an optometrist.  He job shadowed under Dr. Roger Johnson and learned first-hand what owning your own practice meant.   In April 2010, Dr. Bissell had an opportunity to purchase his first practice in Bakerstown.
