Loved my experience at Bissell eye care. Doctor Bissell was thorough and explained everything that was going on and why. I had the best experience at this eye doctor. I have had eye glasses for as long as I can remember 50 + years, and doctor Bissell and his staff have given me a renewed faith in the business. Didn’t try to over sell you on services and even answered questions as to why other companies may have done it that way.

The staff is excellent! They are friendly, professional, engaging and fun. Great help assisting with glasses that fit your face and look good on you and they are HONEST in helping you pick the best frame for your face. I’ve seen Dr. Bissell and Dr. Sturm, both are amazing. Very thorough, very educational, really taking time not rushing through the exam, answered my questions and explained everything. And I am very inquisitive.

This morning was my first time at Bissell Eye care for an exam and to pick out new glasses and it was AMAZING. All the staff I encountered today was great and helpful. I first met with a girl named Haley who was extremely friendly, then with Laurie who really took her time to help me find what was the best glasses for me (because I’m just so indecisive), after that I met with Dr. Bissell, he was super informative and really explained and answered all my questions thoroughly and took his time making my appointment enjoyable. I would strongly recommend this office!!
